We are a group of individuals from diverse backgrounds. A twenty-two year veteran of the trade, a creative and detail oriented project manager, and a successful entrepreneur. Each of us brings to the table unique skills to make your experience as seamless as possible. We each consider ourselves visionaries, just in different facets of all things building related.
Tony Notdurft
Tony Notdurft has worked in residential construction and remodeling for over twenty-two years. Educated in his craft by hands-on apprenticeship, he takes great pride in his work and will settle for nothing less than the best quality. This philosophy trickles down to relationships with subcontractors who are true Artisans, and vendors who reach far beyond the standard selections. That sense of skill and design becomes infectious to homeowners who begin to see their project as a work of art, not just a collection of materials. In his spare time, Tony volunteers his services on the Pacific Northwest Search & Rescue team and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young girls. His love of the outdoors has provided him with an appreciation and respect for all natural resources. Tony applies this ecological awareness to the materials that are used in construction, sourcing environmentally responsible products and looking for opportunities to reuse or repurpose, whenever possible.
Nancy Dunbar Notdurft
Nancy Dunbar Notdurft has eighteen years experience in brand management, project management and field operations. Serving as retail designer and construction manager on many commercial build outs has provided her with a unique sensitivity to the customer experience, the importance of meeting timelines and the necessity to stay within budget. Her attention to detail and concern for the client serves the Company well. She is always available to clients and will go to great lengths to source materials that are unique, to give each project its own personal stamp.
Jason Chambers
Jason Chambers brings to Buildworks Group twenty-five years of small business experience and an entrepreneurial spirit that is instrumental in shaping the structure and the vision of the Company. He brings with him an extensive knowledge of the importance of the customer experience and a belief that every customer, no matter how big or how small deserves the same level of service and attention. Through years of teaching, training and mentoring, Jason has developed a passion for helping people achieve their goals. His leadership experience is invaluable to Buildworks Group.
